Check /var/adm/messages for device id, disk type, size, etc.
Enter format device_id e.g. format sd2
at prompt format> type
Select type or select other and enter appropriate info (if it doesn't appear
as type, can enter details in /etc/format.dat and it will appear in future)
To prompt format> partition
change partition details as required (N.B. replying print to prompt gives current
details)
