To configure Storage Works disks connected to a swxcr controller:

1. Insert the diskette into the drive

2. At the boot prompt enter arc. This invokes diagnostic mode from which there are various menus which can be used to show/change the configuration.

3. From the menu select run a program

4. enter swxcrmgr -o

5. Configure the disks by following the prompts

To configure Storage Works disks connected to a HSZ50-AX controller, use hszterm e.g. hszterm -b 1 -t 0 -l 0 or dxhsz for the GUI version.

Note: Information about bus, target and lun numbers can be found using command uerf -R -r 300
